This report isn’t worth the paper it was submitted on …what a waste of taxpayers funds but it highlights the lack of ability that KSwan has when you don’t know what you are doing that’s what you get …be honest he only produced a document that made his boss happy ….so keeping his spot on the team…the commissioner of police facts sure made the report look like a piece of swiss cheese and it only made what most of us already knew it was going to twisted in one direction …but again when you don’t know better you get what you get ……the plp are not capable of governing they only know how to divide and that they are good at
