Excluding the possibility that the vehicle could have been faulty one can only assume that many other
factors beset the vehicle or the driver. All we can hope that this does not happen to us.

Placing blame is taking the easy way out and does not solve the situation or prevents re occurrence.

If you were to ask nine different people to give their opinion you will get nine different answers I am number 10 as I can not solve this one but I may be able to try to prevent many just like it.

Could the answer to all of our problems trickle down to just one word ” RESTRAINT” ?

” RESTRAINT” as defined ” A measure of conditions that keeps some one or some thing under control within limits.

Today, I will discontinue offering traffic solutions and no longer using the generosity of BERNEWS as the medium to solve Bermuda traffic problems .
