There used to be a policy of not responding to questions about individual cases for confidentiality reasons. When did that change and what else has quietly changed?

What are you talking about anything thing that tries to incorrectly portray Bermuda in a negative light on a international stage is of great importance to Bermuda. In some instances this can be considered an attack on Bermuda that need to be sorted.
