They even announced “we’ve restored 100% of the island”. But our lights were still out. My neighbours and I phoned them and emailed them every single day. Belco ignored our pleas for help for WEEKS!

In the end, it took the lineman 5 minutes to climb the pole and press the reset button! Argh.
