Not to mention a white IB employee makes $20,000 more then their Black working partner who may have the same or more credentials.

Yeah, good luck with that. Keeping “2 Bermudas” will keep the PLP in power. Keeping the less well-off in Government run schools while the rest to to private schools serves to accentuate the “2 Bermudas” and keep the PLP in power.

Every politician of every political stripe wants the same thing, to be reelected.
