HELLO, we already have that in the form of the Bermuda Wind Study from the Bren School of Environmental Science.

The RA needs to get on with a FEASIBILITY study! In this document, you are basically proposing business as usual for the next 2 years! This is not acceptable RA! At a working budget of $7.5M which we pay for in the end, we EXPECT MORE! A LOT MORE! Ramp up your measly objectives, please!
