Persons who were driving in that area were unsettled. It was most unnerving. If any police vehicle had collided, it would have been a horror spot. Glad, no one was hurt.

You need to rethink the tier system for fines. $300 for 35mph is crazy. Americans would choke hearing that audacious number.
