You have to wonder who is in charge of police lately like we don’t have enough other actual crime to deal with and solve and here they are chasing a guy with more clothes than the men and women wear at carnival or dog house. Thanks for wasting my tax payer dollars on frivolous pursuit! Do we get a refund? SMH
PS There was a scantily clad woman in a thong bikini on Horseshoe this weekend, please get to the bottom

Upon further inquiries, it was discovered that the images were recorded during a costume party, themed ‘Bright and Tight.’

Does the fact that there was a costume party justify his dress??? Were other patrons ware that it was a costume party??
