It is sad that we need to rely on the private sector to sponsor something that for decades was done by the government and the parks department. It’s sadder that the private secto,PTA groups, teachers and other special groups even have to support the public school system especially when you consider that it’s almost two times higher per child to put a kid through public education than it is through the private education system. Where is the money being spent? Or who is getting it? anyone who has spent any time in the public school recently knows that it’s not an infrastructure not on hardware or equipment. Where is the money going?
