A heroine is a female hero, genius. Cannabis and heroin are two very different substances, cannabis being far safer than heroin obviously, and cancer sticks and booze which kill more than all illicit drugs combined yet are legal for anyone over 18 to freely abuse.

The COH should send an estimate of costs to paint over the graffiti to the courts & the fine should be at least double that amount.
