Yes. Any decision to exclude IC from work based on Zane’s political affiliation would almost certainly amount to discrimination on the basis of political opinion. As long as the job was put out to tender and IC’s bid was fair then there should be no objection.

I’m no fan of the current PLP but as long as everything is above board and went thru a proper bidding process, I don’t see why not. Because Zane is a Minister should not give him an advantage over the competition, but it also should not be a disadvantage either.

Drove by the Airport the other day and saw OBA’s Jeff Sousa’s landscaping company relishing in that massive landscaping contract, is that the biggest one you’ve gotten Mr. Sousa? Nonetheless, I’m sure he will do a marvelous job.
