“The highest speeds recorded have ranged between 60kph and 84kph.

If that’s all they’ve seen then they should be riding with me to see some really eye watering speeds and lunacy .
Not to mention the proliferation of fools driving while talking or texting on their phones.

Thank you for that! For a time the only good thing about lock down was how quiet the roads were. Today it seemed like all the old idiots were back making up for lost time. Perhaps all tickets should be doubled to help pay for the expenses headed our way….since to date the CS don’t want to take a cut.
