Let us hope that this is the case Scott, on both sides of the fence. The average Bermudian is sick and tired of the same old politics and REALLY does want to see more unity amongst the two parties which trickles down and creates more unity amongst the people of this island. Although both sides of the fence see the other side as completely different, we must remember that we are all human beings and empathy from one side to the other side goes a LONG WAY!

Nicely said MP Pearman. Unfortunately we continue to have disturbing ratial connotations expressed within our small community and particularly within the group you virtually met with last Friday. Nobody expects two political parties to agree on all issues, but we do expect them to respect each other as human beings regardless of ethnic background.
