At the local level, the rich continue to get richer, the poor poorer and this disparity across the racial divide in Bermuda is still stark. The racial composition of the country is not reflected in the boardrooms nor in the prisons. To be true to the words, there is the vacuum left by our loss of Dr. Hodgson. Will there now be actions to match the words?
