What was the chemical? What is its purpose? Why was it in the operating room? Where there any injuries? How was it disposed ? How was it spilled? Can we be certain that this situation will not be repeated? A gallon of bleach could be considered a hazardous material, Hopefully bleach did not require all this fuss.
