As R says, how many are 2nd, 3rd and 4th retests, and how many visitors?

Last night the Minister stated 12 of 13 recent positives came from returning residents. How is that possible when according to the above chart on July 11, before the airport reopened, there were 150 positives and on August 11 159 positives- a difference of 9? Presumably she doesn’t have the information with her to respond.
