They only happen when there is a mistake in the lab or samples get mixed up. Extremely rare.

I’m more inclined to believe there is something wrong with the arrivals testing that we are getting so many negatives which by day 4 and 8 become positives.

The health department isn’t telling us what is happening to these people except thatchy are self isolating. Are they becoming sick???? That is what the public wants to know.
