Has this been confirmed by the Ministry of Health? The Ministry’s statement is misleading by not stating whether the person has been in close contact/lives with someone who has travelled.

All cases since July have come through the airport, and occasionally passed on to a household member. This article omits that information and I feel like it’s been purposely drafted this way to incite panic, which is very irresponsible.
