Minimal, if anything, to kick start the economy. Demanding PRC’s “invest” in Bermuda? What the f*** does that mean? They already invest in Bermuda by simply being here. That’s the whole point about immigration reform.

How about this. PRC for anyone here for 10 years, Status for anyone here 15. Scrap 60/40 altogether.

Municipal Reform? Cash grab for the docks because the PLP have bankrupted the country. $3bn and counting.
