This is too accurate. If you can get past the busy signal, and select option 2, it rings and rings until you eventually get to voicemail – which is full.

Just called about 15 times and finally got through, pushed #2 and was told I could leave a message and someone would call me back, except was then told that the mailbox was full!!! ALREADY???

Well Clive, sorry to have to inform you but it goes like this.

First you need to make multiple phone calls to the hotline and press option #2. You’ll need to make multiple calls because hundreds of other people will be trying to get through too and the line will be busy with no option to leave a message. The sole operator works a full 7 hour shift with breaks every two hours for coffee etc and an hour off for lunch.

When you do get through and pass the interrogation about your qualifications for getting the vaccine, they will take your details.

In six months time when you don’t hear rom anyone and call to query why, you will be told they have no record of you registering in the first place.
