Until Bermuda improves its appeal, and this means the simple stuff like decent roads, repaired fences, steps to public beaches, and get rid of that ridiculous “Exact fare only” on buses. Even locals don’t know the exact fare so how can you expect visitors to know? Have a simple system, and ideally be able to pay by credit card.
