The answers are in the short item above as to who is doing the training. All Bermudians training them and CoCo Reef had a Bermuda College Graduate of Culinary Arts as the Executive Chef, last time I was there. Sounds like more history that takes us no place. The review highlighted Bermudian instructors and Bermudian students. That was the purpose of the review as I read it. But you are never satisfied.

But, how and who are now responsible for training of Bermuda’s students in the hospitality field. Is Coco Reef/Stonington in some kind of relationship with the Bermuda College to adequately prepare our trainees? What training program or agreement does the College have with the hotel. Could not understand how or why this training facility was turned over to John Jeffries/Coco Reef at all never mind under a 125 year lease agreement.
