Maybe they’re using the most recent official census data rather than counting the number of empty apartments or cars on the road or some other ridiculous method. I guess they could have called on your expertise instead.

So, your lifting curfew and the bars have to close by midnight? One additional hour? Why cant they close at 3am which is the norm. You people are killing the industry with your absurd thinking. You have any clue why are numbers are down?

I now predict a third wave of COVID-19 will take Bermuda.

Even when restrictions were in place people broke those restrictions and we had hundreds of new cases in a matter of weeks. This is an invitation for people to infect each other.

I would not let my belt loose loosen s yet re opening up, curfew done, as othings could turn quickly. We have already experienced that with super numbers of people attending funerals, wakes, house parties and more.

So Bermuda’s population is shown as 64,054. This after over 5,000-6,000 people have left Bermuda. Bermuda’s population was never 70,000. Where does the Minister get these numbers? All you need to do is look at the number of vehicles on the road, or the number of empty apartments and houses to know Bermuda’s population is closer to 55,000 including children. In such a small Island why can’t better data be provided?
