I agree with financial reporting and transparency, but these are dire times. You can disagree, but don’t shoot the best of intentions with such a circuitous shot in the heart.

BHB is funded by Government and staff are paid for their work. Due to Covid many of the hospitals functions have been closed or reduced. Many of the people involved with the vaccinations are volunteers, and the staff are already paid so what are these extra costs? Government employees, including MPs, are receiving full pay, and only private sector workers are seeing reduced pay or nothing. $800,000 was “given” to Savvy Entertainment, and several hundred thousand a month rent given for a Government Department to move to to a building owned by an MP. Clearly there is Government money available, but clearly not for the right purposes. Count me out on this appeal.
