You apply online you don’t get any confirmation or appointment. You call the hotline to ask no one an answers. You go wait in line they tell you yes you can get one but you must wait until all appointments are finished and maybe they will have some. Then hours later after waiting they say sorry come back tomorrow we have put you on the list and you will get it then. You come back the next day and there is no list. Get it together, this system does not work. Please sort it out.
