Hopefully CCTV footage from the area can help identify this car which oddly we know the colour and make/model but not the license plate number.
Even if a driver is insured and driving responsibly accidents can happen but as soon as one leaves the scene where do our minds go ? No license or insurance (including driving while banned)driving under the influence (of all substances not just booze) carrying a stash of drugs for personal use or supply or illegal weapons on board.
My wishes to the victim for a complete and speedy recovery .
