Homeless persons are not high on the agenda and never have been, or will be, we use them as a tool for electioneering and that’s it. If Mrs. Cooper and Mrs. Butterfield and those who work along with them and their supporters can make the Transitional Women and Children Shelter happen, what is wrong with the rest of us in Bermuda, all the above name entities, and the general public
