They clearly cannot perform services as before the pandemic. I also wonder why fines related to covid have been astronomical while everyone has been dealing with financial issues for a 18 months. Losing homes, work, other opportunities. The court should transform its structure to help the people dealing with the pandemic. And for the record I consider judges, prosecution, lawyers, police, and all other court services.
