When things get tight you get to see the quality of thought, decisions and courage. Not a lot of that on display. They have picked a course and are sticking with it. Our lives and economy will be like a yo yo depending on test results and available hospital beds. They’ve had a year to understand and prepare for these contingencies. When we inevitably arrived there, they just reverted to last year’s response model created in a time when they didn’t know much about the virus/outcomes. You have to evolve the thinking and action.

No quarantine for incoming residents travelers, and no mixing of households but no penalties for either. Great almost back to normal apart from alphabet shopping and what does that achieve?
