When we were there in 2019 it was almost seedy, with litter and broken bottles in the main square and a general run-down appearance and atmosphere. Is the new St. Regis property the old resort on the NE tip of St. George’s, whose name I can’t recall at the moment?
2)l Please explain the homeport cruise program. It’s never explained in the article.
