The end result is a disgrace and will be like that and worse for years as W&E have no money to resurface 5% of Bermuda’s roads, let alone the 50%+ needed. Harrington Sound is about the worst. Maybe that is why the Min of Tourism doesn’t want tourists to come as the roads are so appalling.
