BHC failed to keep it up with taxpayer money at their disposal. This is the flavor of the week for CURB et al but they are always so late showing up. “Why?” you ask…..I don’t know but where is the outrage that future generations are saddled with $4B debt? I hope we have groups to cry about the debt one day.
