Not much in the way of specifics, except mention of modernizing the application process with online filing and payment - that is a great start.  Next the laws and the attitudes must change otherwise the population will continue to decline.  The PLP has finally achieved their goal of reducing the number of expats!  How that benefits Bermuda remains to be seen.  The population may stabilize at 45-50k in a few years, and those new demographics will dictate the new direction...]]></description>
