You make some very misguided points:

Police have to catch people RIDING unlicensed bikes, can’t ticket a parked bike.
Bikes pulling in front of the ‘first car’ at a stoplight is not really a ‘problem’ and not a cause of accidents..
Do you WANT tourists riding around at 60km/hr??

Cadets do not have any powers until they become police officers at age 18. A parked bike isn’t committing an offence it has to be being driven on a road to be an offence. How do you speak to a parked vehicle?
How do cameras prove who the driver was unless their face is clearly visible?
The police prosecute a person not a vehicle.

F U to the highest degree possible.Maybe if you stupid car drivers weren’t so incompetent I wouldn’t feel the need to overtake you. Also nothing wrong with bikes going to the front cause unlike car drivers we bike riders actually move like we have somewhere to be and we don’t hold up traffic. You car drivers always on your phones how about that….If you can’t safely drive at or over 60kmph you simply suck and you should take the bus and leave the good drivers and riders alone. Nothing more selfish than a slow ass car driver.

Use more unmarked cars and bikes equipped with cameras. Very effective.

Have police walk down rows of parked bikes to find the many unlicensed ones. A simple job for new cadets, as is the next one.

Put police at stoplights and ticket each person who pulls in front of the first car and stops over the white stop line. Get people to obey the rules.

Talking of rules, what is the “speed limit”? It was 45 then 50 but now seems to be 60kph. Update the information especially for tourists who are fooled into thinking we drive at 35 kph.

When I see them doing something simple like tackling these in your face illegal and often illegible license plates then I might believe that they’ll go after the total lunatics at some point as well .
