By these numbers its the unvaccinated causing our problems.

Look at the local figures, because the traveler number is not representative, most will be vaccinated.

26 cases are vaccinated, 94 vaccinated. So given we are 65% jabbed, that’s 35% of the population causing 80% of the cases.

In short, unvaccinated people are significantly more likely to get infected.
