No, Mr. Furbert, this is not a labour dispute, it is a pretext. BIU members are not allowed to say “I’m not coming to work until you prove to me is it safe”. That is not the way the law works. Now pay your members for their illegal strike out of BIU funds and lets get on with life.

You do not deserve pay for your “stoppage” but we deserve to see the BIU’s financials for the past 18 years. Maybe you can get paid from the union’s accounts as they told you to stop working.
