And how many times do I see walkers on the opposite side of the road from where a perfectly good sidewalk has been provided for their safety! These people put their own lives at risk by being too lazy to use sidewalks! Tired of these people who feel that they can just do anything they want! You get struck and it’s your own fault if a sidewalk which tax payers provided was available!

When the pedestrian crossings were first introduced, the pedestrians were instructed to look and wait fir the traffic to stop, then cross.
Today’s it is amazing there aren’t more accidents on the crosswalks because pedestrians think traffic can stop on a dime and cross with cars coming to a schreaking halt.
Perhaps Govt should do an advertising blitz for the pedestrian

When the pedestrian walks were introduced, the pedestrian was instructed to wait on the sidewalk and when the traffic stopped than they were to cross.
Pedestrians now cross without waiting and expect cars to stop on a dime.
Put the original back in place.

Since the road safety is so concerned why dont they get on govt about these horrible roads..
Maybe someone from govt can answer this. If an accident is caused by the horrible dangerous conditions of our roads, is govt held accountable?? Are we going to wait until something happens then fix it as per the norm.
I’m sure the runners, cyclist are having to wear mouth pieces shin pads and the likes.
