Still have my question as to what population number is being used? Not so long ago we were advised the working population is back to 1985 numbers, so very unlikely the total population is 64,000 today. Accurate data seems to be unimportant to Government.

Percentages total 100 which is good math. Question is how do we account for 0.12 and 0.92 and 0.96 of a person???
