The major transmission vector is airborne particles. So, yes, masks can help prevent spread as part of an overall strategy.

All studies agree on that point, even if the degree varies based on how data is collected in each study.

As weak and ill-informed as ever. Still pretending masks prevent covid spread, when they clearly don’t. And still the Health Minister denies all responsibility for the planning of health measures.
At least, two months after the rest of the world, they are starting to admit that Omicron is nowhere near as severe.

Can someone please ask if the government will be pushing a FOURTH booster when Pfizer releases their Omicron specific vaccine booster?

Two days ago a search of “Pfizer Omicron” revealed that Pfizer was developing this new booster on the first page of a Google search. The same search now shows that a third booster of the original vaccine will give amazing protection from Omicron with no mention of the new vaccine being developed. Its amazing how the news and facts change on internet searches.
