No, they are not vandalised because they are in an area of high foot traffic. They are vandalised because Bermuda is infested with dirty destructive people.

I cannot begin to count how many very busy highway rest stops that I have used across the US. Some are somewhat dated but all have been clean & free of graffiti & deliberate destruction.

Why do people destroy nice things?
