Thank you for your apology for the inconvenience but it’s not enough when you purchase a $69 bus pass and are stranded and can’t get to work on time because there’s no bus for several hours especially in and out of St. David’s. The lack of buses causes more than an inconvenience it causes problems on the job.

Many a time I have tried to take the No. 11 St. David’s at 7:20 a.m. only for the bus to not show up. As I start work at 8;15 a.m. the 6:20 a.m bus is too early and the No. 3 from Si. David’s into Hamilton at 7:40 a.m. which arrives in Hamilton around 8:55 a.m. makes me late for work

Concerning the No. 11 David’s bus which leaves at 5:25 p.m. can you ask the drivers to announce to passengers that St.David’s people must board first. It also might be a good idea to have a sign .

Not everyone can afford a car, please fix the public transportation so that it runs without the shortage of buses or drivers as we have endured this problem for at least ten years or more. and with the tourist season upon us, please let tourists know that can take a No. 1 or 3 to St. George’s because most them are only told to take a No. 11 or No. 10. Thanks.

Is public bus “service” really the right phrase?

The public is not ‘patient’, the public is fed up with the abysmal bus service and the total disdain the bus drivers have for the people who pay their wages, the traveling public. Two cruise ships in Dockyard so good on the mini buses and taxis who provided service. When will management start managing the drivers instead of the other way round?
