NO, it is because of corruption in other islands.

It is not just Bermuda that is affected. All Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies are being treated the same.

I don’t know why the UK took the processing responsibility from Bermuda. Passports never took as long to be processed. Why can’t they just decentralize the process out to the Overseas Territories that would like to process their own?
Or is it all about UK power?
Folks are quick to start a petition about a ferry – they should start a petition in this regard.
