AS Bermuda knows this is a basket of goods, and in that basket are things like the cost of hotels overseas and overseas education. I doubt too many seniors are in education overseas and benefitting from the decrease in costs, but food locally has increased way more than 2.5%. Also he forgets to mention the BHB portion of Future Care went up last year. The increase is good, but nothing like as good as he makes it out to be as it is not enough to cover everyday increased costs, but then he has a very lucrative overall benefit package.
