A huge truck traveling down front street blasting ear splitting music while people threw flags into the middle of the busy street resulting in a bunch of morons running in front of and through traffic to pick them up. I even saw one woman leave her baby in a stroller in the middle of the street to run up to the truck to get a flag! Unbelievable…
