11% less commercial licenses but only 3.5% less pots
Like for like it would’ve been 253 pots.

How many less commercial licenses were DENIED vs not applied for? I know for a FACT that less applied.
This isn’t protection of our lobsters, this is no interest because the lobsters aren’t there! We’ve already failed the conservation.
