Why not have 1 night open late until 8 or even 9. Advertise the night, encourage local shipping. Honestly, I’ll just buy online because it is too hard to work around these limited retail hours in bermuda which have gotten shorter since Covid. Marketplace use to be 10pm not they are 9pm, people are now 7.

Hats off the Gibbons Company and the new Fresh store, they have expanded hours on Sunday. I am not in Hamilton during the workday, so I appreciate later nights and Sunday hours.

I like the housewares in peoples and I use to buy a lot of items, but I haven’t been since Covid because they have been closed by 7pm and now that the 7pm is the new normal, I’ll never be there except for maybe a rare occasion. Shorter hours one lost customer, I don’t want to hear any whining from the retail sector.
