Those are not sobriety check points. They are regular check points disguised are Sobriety check points. It’s called soft targets. So only 6 were tested for sobriety. SMH!

question, with the seemingly very high incidence of driving while disqualified, un licensed vehicle and no insurance would an immediate impounding of vehicle not be a deterrent for say a year. I an concerned for my and other innocent road users to be struck by an un insured party that can’t or won’t be in a position to compensate for losses
