This about that …this about that…kingsly Tweed has been praised for theater boycott and rightly so , thank you for your service to mankind. It is not my place to deny your achievements or defame you , however I am certain the St. Georges boycott at Somers playhouse January 22nd 1959…was about two girls that couldn’t sit together to have a plate of food. They were seperated at a cafe and decided to do something about it , so “they ” organised walking in Somers playhouse and sitting next to each other and buying two tickets they went in and sat somewher in the second or third row slightly left of the middle so that they could not be easily accessed like you would be if in the front row but seen by all behind them…they were not even sure if others would come but they were very close to the first there…the theater very very quietly filled up behind them…it was Lucille Foggo “Lollies mama and mine Joan Jenny Smith…well along came theater representative who told them to separate …they said “no”…they said then we will separate you that is about when the theater stood up behind them and said you have to separate us too ….so they all said then we will leave and one bight spark said and we want our money back as we have not seen the movie that we came to see and on the way out it was refunded….it was about a black woman and a white woman who were friends…be advised that they were never properly recognised and that I am upset thst they were not….glorify whomever…but know the truth.
