He seems to have forgotten what happened last time such a plan was sprung by Paula Cox. Large scale exodus of jobs. Insanity – doing the same thing over and expecting a different result.

Bermuda does not need more taxes, it needs a far less expensive and bureaucratic dinosaur called the Government.
