These Pennies though to him are more important than all the lightbulbs he promised a year ago? What a joke. He must not have have been serious or else he used the lightbulb debacle to distract from other issues.
Some men you absolutely cannot trust, no matter who they are. As has been stated in the past, “ The true measure of a man is the way he exercises the Authority GIVEN to him”. If he is level headed and reasonable, he would gain the respect and love by the masses.
